closer...in teeny square divisions

an entirety, when observed closely enough, is not but a collection of thousands or even millions of teeny minuscule squares/mosaic pieces...
they all get together, sitting in their right position, reflecting the right color, hue and tone, expressing a message, in order to build up an image, a landscape, an entirety...

what are the very little components of our life? of our being?
are they all in the rigth place? are they all reflecting what they are supposed and made to?
what will happen if one little piece is out of its place?! or turns pale/dim or...?
what if more pieces get messed up?
how much are we aware of what we are made of/made up for?
-------------
finally i decided to go back to iran for a visit for almost 2 months or so... how different will i find the people and everything down there ?!
well, we'll see!
i won't be able to update here regularly as usual though... but i hope i can take good photos and post them on flickr later.
bon voyage to me ^.^

wish u a great vacation in Iran. I will be looking forward to read your observations and see your pics. I wish u write sometimes in Persian as well. Is your Persian writing is as excellent as your English one? should be.

BTW, your recent posts are becoming very philosophized! what's going on? ;)

Bon voyage to you. I will look forward to learning of your impressions of Iran when you are able to post them. Your photos, too.

My son-in-law just returned from Iran. I was very worred about him, givn the current climate. He was visiting his father who has cancer. He had wonderful videos of his family to share with his wife, my step-daughter. All were stolen from his hotel room on the last night before his departure, together with all his personal items includng clothing and shoes, and $800. Thankfully, he had his passport on him. It was a very sad ending to a visit that was heart-rending anyway because of his father's failing health.
